红色菜:西红柿,胡萝卜,甜菜头,紫元白菜

Vegetables for the red drink: tomatoes, carrots, beet head, purple cabbage

绿色菜:芦笋,芹菜,绿菜花

Vegetables for the green drink: asparagus, celery, broccoli

蔬菜:大白菜,油菜,长生菜,白萝卜,四季豆,茄子,土豆

Vegetables for dishes: cabbage, bok choy, long lettuce, daikon, green beans, eggplant, potatoes


调味菜:大蒜,生姜,小葱,香菜,洋葱, 薄荷

Seasoning vegetables: garlic, ginger, green onion, cilantro, onion, peppermint


白色菜:山药,牛蒡,白薯,蘑菇,豆薯

Vegetables for drinks: mountain yam, burdock, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, jicama


水果:鸭梨,苹果,带子葡萄,香蕉,柑橘

Fruits: pear, apple, seeded grapes, bananas, citrus

主食:棕米,紫糯米,小米,薏米,碎玉米

Staple foods: brown rice, black rice, millet, pearl barley, cracked corn
